In early fall 2025, Goldsboro YMCA approached us with a need: update their website by November 1st.

We proposed migrating them to Small Y on our Cloud Hosting platform — a YMCA-branded solution perfect for smaller associations.

Through four strategic 30-minute calls and leveraging our innovative Content Studio AI, we delivered a completely redesigned website that launched October 31st with zero downtime.

The transformation was remarkable: 58 pages streamlined to 38, intuitive Layout Builder interface, and a modern design that delighted the client.

The existing site included extensive content and a complex navigation structure that was streamlined for better usability. Limited availability of high-resolution images suitable for the Small Y platform required creative solutions to enhance the site's visual appeal.

Small Y, a Website Services-branded platform specifically designed for YMCA associations. Built on Drupal with Layout Builder capabilities, Small Y provides pre-built, customizable components optimized for YMCA needs, streamlined content management, a modern, responsive design framework, and built-in best practices for YMCA digital presence.

Content Studio Al was deployed to automatically process 58 pages from complex sources including PDFs, and images, creating DRAFT Layout Builder pages within one week. 58 pages were streamlined to 38 optimized pages, outdated content was removed and navigation was consolidated from 6 to 5 menu items through collaborative weekly calls with the client.

Premium imagery was curated to align with the energetic YMCA spirit, replacing generic placeholders.

Comprehensive link validation, QA testing, and a proactive Drupal 11 upgrade were performed.

A coordinated DNS switchover was executed overnight on October 30-31, delivering zero downtime and immediate accessibility on go-live morning.
