Drupal Community in Ukraine initiation letter

Below is the post-letter from Yaroslav Azhnyuk, which essentially marked the beginning of the Drupal Community in Ukraine.

Hi everyone!

It’s time to tackle the organizational side of the first Kyiv DrupalCamp.

I suggest we follow the proven framework previously shared by Maxon. You can find the step-by-step breakdown here: [link]. Since DrupalCamp was my idea, I’ll be taking on the challenging role of coordinator.

I’ve already secured a venue at G-club for Sunday, August 31, starting at 12:00 PM. A huge thanks to Olena Yermakova for her understanding and support. For those who haven’t been to G-club yet, here is the map: [link].

Please use the main entrance; there should be arrows inside the building to guide you, so you won't get lost. A concierge at the entrance will be issuing passes—just mention that you’re here for DrupalCamp.

Here are the questions I have:

1. Who will be the moderator?

2. Who will be the blogger?

3. Who can handle registration at the entrance?

4. What presentation topics would you like to hear, or what topic are you ready to present? Beyond standard presentations, we’re open to discussions, brainstorming sessions, or any other format you prefer.

It looks like we’ll have a diverse audience: seasoned Drupal developers, people looking to hire Drupal talent, and those wondering, "Should I become a Drupal developer myself?" I hope to see many new faces at this mini-Camp!

Привіт! 

Саме час подумати над організаційними питаннями першого київського 
DrupalCamp`у. 
Пропоную діяти за відлагодженю схемою, яку колись подав Максон. По пунктах 
все розписано тут: 

Оскільки друпалКемп був моєю ідеєю, то нелегка роль координатора на мені. 
Я вже домовився про приміщення G-club на 12:00, 31 серпня, неділю - спасибі 
Олені Єрмаковій за розуміня та підтримку. 

Для тих хто ще не був у G-club - карта: 

Заходити через головний вхід, у приміщенні мають бути стрілочки, тому не 
загубитеся. На вході буде сидіти консьєрж і видавати пропуски. Йому слід 
сказати, що ви на DrupalCamp. 

Ось які у мене є питання: 
1. Хто буде модератором? 
2. Хто буде блоґером? 
3. Хто займеться реєстрацією на вході? 
4. Які теми презнтацій ви би хотіли почути / з якою темою ви готові 
виступити. Крім, власне, презентації це також може бути обговорення, 
мозковий штурм, чи будь-який інший формат, який вам до вподоби. 

Схоже, що аудиторія буде мішаною за зацікавленнями: частина - це, власне, 
друпал-девелопери, інша частина - люди що шукають друпал-девелоперів. 
Напевне також будуть і ті, що думають: "а чи не стати й собі 
друпал-девелопером?". Сподіваюся, що на цьому мінікемпі ми побачимо багато 
нових облич ) 

Прошу поширити інформацію про цей мініКемп там, де її охоче читатимуть. Хто 
готовий написати пост на Хабрі?
